BEWARE: On Dec 24th I ordered the Jump 1500x as it was on sale (Canada Only). My credit card was charged immediately but no sign of delivery or response from Vtoman. contact@vtoman.com is the ONLY way to contact them.. Cannot find a phone number to resolve this and no one has responded after 3 emails and “contact us forms” sent. VTOMAN please contact me asap. Check your inbox for all the specific details of this order, including my correct email address. I am now trying to get my money refunded! Lost total trust with this company.

I was trying to purchase the 1800 Wh power station with two solar panels special only to find out after paying that “sorry, we can’t ship this one to Canada.” and then I had to get refunded. I hope with you’re opening up access to Canada!! that it will come with all of the advertised specials also being INCLUDED to come to anyone in Canada! This will save an annoying pump and dump feeling I have been left with. I almost thought it might have been a scam until they peacefully resolved my refund. Thank you VTOMAN.

Is it possible for me to place an order over the telephone. If I purchase a product priced in the thousands of dollars I would likecto have some assurances that I will get exactly what I want and that there is a warranty and a return address if I hve to return the product for any reason.
