All taxes and fees are borne by VTOMAN. Free shipping is available for products over $100 on the VTOMAN official store.

Free shipping only in the United States, except for the following areas:

1. Alaska 2. American Samoa 3. Guam 4. Hawaii 5. Marshall Islands 6. Northern Mariana Islands 7. Palau 8. Puerto Rico 9. Rhode Island 10. U.S. Virgin Islands 11. Armed Forces Americas 12. Armed Forces Europe 13. Armed Forces Pacific

Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO BOX, military, or protected areas as well.

Regarding Refused Deliveries and Handling Fees

For non-fraudulent orders, if a customer requests to refuse delivery after the order has been shipped, we may apply a reasonable fee (Approximately $50-$ 100). The exact fee will be determined based on the specific circumstances.

Address Modification and Re-Delivery Fees

Once your order has been shipped, address modifications are not possible. Please provide the correct address during the purchase process to avoid any issues with delivery.

If you have provided an incorrect address and the order has already been shipped, a shipping fee will be charged for re-delivery to the correct address.

Shipping, Delivery Time, and Methods

Please note that we will be shipping in 2 business days. And your order will be delivered within 4-8 business days from the date of shipment, according to different areas. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Attention:

VTOMAN is not responsible for the shipment delay due to unexpected conditions, like flooding or Covid-related impacts ,etc. In that case, the ETA is unpredictable.  However, VTOMAN will try our best to help every customer solve the problem and keep you updated.

Not shipping to other countries except the United States.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@vtoman.com with your order number and a photo or video of the item’s condition.
